Fuel Nozzles

We are renowned for our family of ZVA Slimline automatic nozzles used on most petrol station forecourts, both for vapour recovery and non-recovery applications. We also supply nozzle spare parts and accessories such as fuel filters. Our nozzles and hoses are suitable for AdBlue, Diesel, unleaded petrol and bio-fuels such as ethanol and biodiesel. For the aviation market we supply ZVF fuel nozzles.

 
Specialty Hoses

We stock an exceptionally large range of rubber hoses for a wide range of applications, including Vehicle Fuel, Aviation Fuel, LPG, Autogas, Fuel Oil, Chemicals and more. Our Elaflex "Yellow Band" aviation hoses, for example, are used by airports throughout the world.  

 
Elaflex hoses are composed of technically advanced smooth true-bore rubber with anti-static properties. They have high flow rates and are highly resistant to bursting. These features, combined with colour coding for media compatibility and special hose liners to suit almost any liquid, ensure that the Elaflex brand is synonymous with "Safety First". Hoses can be supplied in complete coils or cut to suit customer requirements.

 
Long-time operators who have used our hoses attest to them having the ideal balance between weight and resilience, being very easy to handle and providing years of trouble-free service. We also supply ERV rubber compensators aka expansion joints and fittings for a wide range of liquids.


Couplings

To achieve "Safety-by-Design" in hose assemblies, we use Spannfix or Spannloc safety clamps and Mann-Tek DDC dry breaks to contribute to a drip-free and environmentally friendly operation. For road tanker applications we use TW couplings that allow rapid connect/disconnect. A quarter turn on the coupling is sufficient to ensure a safe vibration-resistant connection.
